About Chef Rob Ozoonian
Rob graduated from Johnson and Wales College in 1984 with a degree in culinary arts. Rob has worked in the industry for more than 25 years at Caesar’s Palace Hotel in Lake Tahoe, corporate hotels including Marriott, Hilton and Sheraton, Odyssey Cruises of Boston and as the Executive Chef at Joseph’s Trattoria Bakery Café. Currently he is the Director of Operations at family owned and operated Zorvino Vineyards in Sandown, NH. The 80 acre vineyard has roughly 2000 vines onsite and the “Zor” in Zorvino comes from the original family name Zorzanello and “Vino” means wine. Family and wine… the perfect pairing.
