A traditional aioli refers to a mayonnaise infused with garlic. Ours is a kick-up-your-heels version with habanero and red peppers. We mix in the subtle sweetness of mango to make this a perfect "south of the border" spread for sandwiches. Dollop on top of nachos or use as a dipping sauce for French fries or fresh veggies.
Canola Oil, Whole Salted Eggs (Whole Eggs, Salt), Habanero Oil (pure olive oil, and habanero peppers), White Vinegar, Mustard (mustard seed, vinegar, water, turmeric, chili pepper), Corn Syrup, Water, Pure Cane Sugar, Tomato Paste, Tomatoes, Mustard Powder, Brown Sugar, Mango Concentrate, Raisins, Dried Garlic, Red Bell Pepper, Vinegar, Habanero Pepper Puree (habanero peppers, water, citric acid), Diced Onion, Minced Garlic, Salt, Spices, Curry Powder,Natural Flavor and Tocopherols, Red Chili Pepper Flakes
If you like spicy than this is for you! I love it! I'll dip crackers or Stonewall Kitchen tortillas in it. Putting it on sandwiches is a great way to get away from mayo or mustard and change it up. Another staple in our house!
I tasted this in the York store last summer and was blown away. Incredible flavor- hint of curry, sweet, and just enough bite from the habaneros. I took the clerk's recommendation and served with sweet potato fries, and have also used for some Caribbean crab cakes. It even elevates a rotisserie chicken beyond belief. This will always be in my pantry.

I LOVE this Aiolo! Spicey and perfect with so many dishes. Iuse it in place of mayo (great on BLTs) and also as a sipping sauce (great to dip sweet potato fries in).
This is beyond great. Try it on a grilled bun, angus hot dog pickle, and blue cheese cole slaw! Or anything you can think of...eggs, grilled chicken...it really adds zing to a turkey burger(topped with chipotle cheese) wow, amazing.

After trying this aioli, I don't think I can go back to eating regular mayo. As someone who enjoys spicy foods, I am excited to have discovered this Habenero Mango Aioli. It makes any sandwich taste wonderful and has just the right amount of kick to make one's taste buds tingle! I definitely recommend this aioli to anyone who is bored of consuming plain mayo and can tolerate spicy foods.
