Ingredients

For the Cilantro Mint Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • ½ jalapeno pepper (seeds removed)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ tsp Urban Accents Kashmir Garam Masala Spice
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Toss wings with seasoning, oil, and lime juice.
  2. Spray the basket of an air fryer and air fry at 350° for 15 minutes or until crispy and an internal thermometer reads 165°.
  3. For conventional oven: place wings on a baking sheet and bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes or until an internal thermometer reads 165°. (For added crispiness, bake on a rack in a baking sheet.)
  4. Blend all yogurt sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
