About chef charlie caramihalis

Maine native Charlie Caramihalis has been a professor of culinary arts at the University of New Hampshire for almost 40 years. During the summer months when he is not teaching, he is the chef at Fishermen’s Dock in York, Maine. He also serves as a volunteer firefighter with the York Beach Fire Department and heads up all the cooking for department related activities.
