About chef danielle henry
A Buxton, Maine native, Danielle Henry is a small-town girl with a big city attitude. Her two lifelong passions are baking and cats. Classically trained in the former from Johnson and Whales University, Danielle has taken her talents throughout Maine, from the exciting fast paced restaurants of Portland to the sleepy shores of Vinalhaven Island off the coast of Rockland, and everywhere in between. Her work as a pastry chef has been featured in both Downeast magazine and the Portland Press Herald. Danielle aims to share her experiences through great story telling, her passion for learning, teaching, having fun and her love of travel. She hopes to one day be able to travel the globe, trying every dessert and petting every cat!
