Ingredients
- 6 cups baby kale
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted and lightly salted
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 Apple (such as Braeburn or Gala), cored and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Olive Oil & Balsamic Dressing, Balsamic Fig Dressing, Cranberry Ginger Dressing or Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Directions
- Place the kale, sunflower seeds, bacon and apple in a large salad bowl.
- Toss salad with enough dressing to moisten well. Sprinkle blue cheese on top and serve immediately.
