Our Breakfast Meat Sampler is a collection of premium, all natural breakfast meats that are smoked in the Ozark Mountains using hickory wood. The best cuts of ham and bacon are carefully chosen and cured using a 60-year-old recipe. No water is added in the preparation of these meats. Two 12 oz. selections of bacon, smoked and peppered, arrive with a 2-2½ lb. smoked boneless ham.
Bacon: bacon, water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, hydrolyzed soy protein, sodium erythorbate, flavorings, sodium nitrite. Ham: ham cured with water, potassium lactate, salt, sodium phosphates, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, flavorings, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
