Crab, egg, panko bread crumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, dextrose, salt), mayonnaise (soybean oil,whole eggs, vinegar, water, egg yolks, salt, dextrose, sugar, lemon juice, calcium disodium EDTA), Dijon mustard(water, mustard seed, mustard flour, vinegar, salt, white wine, citric acid, tartaric acid, turmeric, spices), salt,black pepper, cayenne parsley, chives. Contains: Shellfish (crab), egg, wheat, soy. Made in a facility that also processes fish, soy, egg and tree nuts. May contain shell fragments.
Preparation Instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Remove from packaging. In heavy pan, saut‚ in butter or oil over medium-high heat 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with you
