I received this as a gift along with a batch of homemade ginger cookies. My friend is from Wales and she had this while growing up. ginger cookies spread with lemon curd.
It's delicious with coffeee or tea.
I tried it with S.K. ginger waffles, delicious again.

Makes great quick turnover pies! Just use use store bought pie crust (dairy case) "rounds", cut into four triangles, place a dollop of curd, fold over into turnovers, pinch ends, pierce steam hole and bake 425 degrees for about 15 minutes. Yum!
