Thousand Island Dressing

ingredients

• 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
• 1 Tbsp. Stonewall Kitchen Country Ketchup
• 2 Tbsp. Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Green Relish
• 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
• 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of red pepper (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over greens or as a vegetable dip.
