Tangerine Barbecue Sauce

ingredients

• 2 Tbsp. canola oil
• 1 yellow onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Country Ketchup
• 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Tangerine Marmalade
• Juice from 2 limes
• Juice from 2 lemons
• Zest from 2 tangerines
• 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 Tsp. Stonewall Kitchen Aged Balsamic vinegar
• 1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
• 2 splashes Tabasco sauce
• Salt and Pepper to taste
