- Place chicken and Honey Miso Barbecue sauce in a sealable plastic bag.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water (to prevent burning while grilling or broiling).
- Thread chicken pieces on bamboo skewers. Grill or broil several minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with additional fresh sauce.
Note: This sauce is also a delicious brushed on skewered shrimp and grilled.
