Smoked Turkey Sandwich

Makes 4


  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • Stonewall Kitchen Honey Mustard Aioli
  • 1/2 pound smoked turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 roasted red bell pepper, stemmed, skin and seeds removed, cut into thin strips
  • 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and smashed with a fork


  1. Generously spread Honey Mustard Aioli on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer turkey, roasted bell pepper and avocado on four of the slices of bread. Top with remaining slices. Serve immediately.
