Ingredients

  • 2 packets ramen noodles, any flavor - (We used Soy Sauce Flavor.)
  • 1 garlic clove, minced or grated
  • 1 Tbsp chili crisp or sriracha
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped (reserve a small handful for garnish)
  • 2 Tbsp Napa Valley Naturals Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water to al dente.
  2. In a large, heat-safe bowl, combine ramen flavor packets, garlic, chili crisp, and a small handful of green onion.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat Toasted Sesame Oil over medium-high heat until very hot. Carefully pour hot oil over contents of bowl and stir. Use caution: oil will sizzle and splatter.
  4. Add drained noodles to the bowl and toss to coat with hot, seasoned oil. Garnish with sesame seeds and more green onion.
