In a large, heat-safe bowl, combine ramen flavor packets, garlic, chili crisp, and a small handful of green onion.
In a small saucepan, heat Toasted Sesame Oil over medium-high heat until very hot. Carefully pour hot oil over contents of bowl and stir. Use caution: oil will sizzle and splatter.
Add drained noodles to the bowl and toss to coat with hot, seasoned oil. Garnish with sesame seeds and more green onion.
