Black Bean Salad


  • 2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Stonewall Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Toss together black beans, tomato, avocado, yellow bell pepper, Cilantro Lime Dressing, ground cumin and salt and pepper to taste.
