Salsa Verde Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados (1 1/2 cups), peeled, diced and slightly mashed
  • 1/2-1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Salsa Verde
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, gently toss until mixed and uniform.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips.
  3. Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired.
