This is the best blood orange marmalade I have ever tried. Blood oranges have such a short season; so it's great to find this product and be able to enjoy the taste of blood orange year round This marmalade is perfectly sweet. My children and I use it on toast, biscuits and scones. I use it for orange sauce over grilled salmon. It makes a mighty fancy pb&j. We love it!
