Traveling throughout Italy has given us a true appreciation for authentic Italian cuisine. That's why when we created this amazing Truffle Marinara we used only the ripest tomatoes, the freshest, most flavorful herbs and spices and the uniquely satisfying taste of truffles. Try it over pasta or as a sauce for homemade pizza. You won't be disappointed!
Tomatoes (diced tomatoes, tomato juice, citric acid, calcium chloride), Tomatoes (fresh vine-ripened California tomatoes, tomato puree, salt, citric acid), Water, Tomato Paste, White Truffle Oil (high oleic sunflower oil, organic white truffle concentrate in olive oil), Garlic, Spices, Pure Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Onion, Salt, Pectin, Natural Flavor and Tocopherols (natural antioxidant)
I usually make my own sauce but needed some to go with my leftover calzone so I grabbed this. Quite simply this is the best sauce in a jar I have ever tasted. Well-rounded and complex, I agree, you will not be disappointed.
Just used it simply over fusilli pasta--the smell when I opened the jar made me want to just eat it with a spoon. It was delicious.

I used this sauce to make the Truffle Marinara with Sausage and Spinach recipe that is on the website. It was exceptional. Highly recommend. I did leave out the mushrooms, used really good sweet Italian sausage and would cut back to 8 oz. of spaghetti next time.
