This authentic recipe for Chile Con Queso dip originates from our friends in the great state of Texas. Made with cheddar cheese, tomatoes, jalapeno, chipotle peppers and just the right amount of all the right seasonings, it's perfect with crisp tortilla chips, fresh veggies, on homemade fajitas, tacos, enchiladas or quesadillas. You can even add a little to mashed potatoes! Simply heat in the microwave for a few seconds, stir and heat a little more. Fantastico!
