Ingredients
- 8oz Montebello Spaghetti
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 jar Legal Sea Foods Scampi Sauce
- Fresh Parsley, chopped, as garnish
Directions
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a medium pan. Add shrimp and sauté until pink, about 2-4 minutes depending on size.
- Add the jar of scampi sauce and bring to a low simmer. Add the cooked pasta and toss until well coated. Remove from heat.
- Add fresh parsley and serve hot.
