Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground breakfast sausage
  • 2 medium shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 rib celery, finely chopped
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 4.5 tbsp. Urban Accents Gourmet Gobbler Turkey Rub
  • 1.5 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • 20 inch ciabatta or french loaf (8-10 cups) (cubed or torn into 1/2 inch pieces)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13" baking dish with oil.
  2. In a large saucepan, cook sausage, shallot, and celery until brown. Add butter and seasoning. Continue to cook over medium-high heat.
  3. simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  4. Add bread cubes to saucepan with sausage mixture and stir to combine. Pour into baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and continue baking for 20 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
