A summery blend of cilantro and lime
A light and delicious accompaniment to any salad.
Can you capture summer in a bottle? We think we may have succeeded with Stonewall Kitchen Cilantro Lime Dressing. Suddenly guacamole becomes vivacious and friends are begging you to bring your shrimp and pasta salads to the next gathering.
Canola Oil, Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic, Spices, Natural Flavor, Dehydrated Lime Peel, Cilantro Oil
Great on mixed greens or spinach; stir into pasta, either hot or cold; add to homemade salsas, corn relish or bean dips; marinate scallops or chicken before baking or grilling; add a splash to a cool summer gazpacho!
Used this to marinate chicken breasts the other night. Grilled the chicken and served it with mexican rice, black beans, cheese, scallions ....voila!

I did as you suggested and made coleslaw with this dressing in the mix...added a few shredded carrots and some roasted pecans...yum. yum! Next time I'll order three bottles...one for our summer home in Maine, one for home in Vermont and one to keep on the shelf.
