Peaches, Pure Cane Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Red Jalapeno, Fruit Pectin, Black Pepper, Citric Acid.
I used this to glaze grilled lamb chops and they were a hit! The jam has quite a kick to it - more than I expected, but it was a very nice surprise. Sweet and tangy - we just loved it.
