Preheat oven to 350° F. Generously grease a foil lined baking sheet.
Heat the Stonewall Kitchen Pure Maple Cream and butter in a medium saucepan over medium high heat until bubbly.
Remove maple cream from heat and add the nuts. Stir until nuts are well coated. Spread coated nuts on prepared baking sheet, make sure nuts are spread out as much as possible.
Bake the nuts 12-15 minutes. Toss nuts once halfway through the baking time. When nuts are bubbly and caramelized, remove from oven and cool. Serve as a snack, over mashed sweet potatoes, in a salad or over your favorite ice cream.
