Preheat oven to 425° F. Grease a 9 X 13-inch baking dish.
Roll pizza dough into a 10 X 12 inch rectangle with the long side facing you.
Layer the ham slices over the dough leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Spread the Mustard Pickle Relish over the ham.
Sprinkle 1 3/4 cups cheese evenly over the relish.
Roll dough into a spiral log starting at the longest side. Press and seal firmly. Gently cut into twelve 1-inch thick rounds. Place in prepared baking dish cut side down about 1/2-inch apart.
Bake for 15 minutes and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Continue baking 10-15minutes until the pizza dough is golden brown and thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melted. Serve warm.
