  1. Cut the pork into 4” pieces, coat with oil and season generously with salt & pepper.  In a heavy skillet set over high heat or using the browning setting on your crockpot, brown all sides of each piece of pork.
  2. Add pork to crockpot and cover with ½ bottle of grille sauce and ¼ cup water.  Set crockpot to low for 8 hours.
  3. After 8 hours, remove pork from crockpot and shred with 2 forks.  Return the shredded pork to the sauce in the crockpot and toss to coat.  Add additional fresh grille sauce as needed.
  4. Slice pineapple into very thin slices using a thin, sharp knife.
  5. In a non-stick pan, melt the butter over medium heat.  Add the sliced pineapple and sauté until caramelized.
  6. Add cooked pineapple to the bottom of each bun, top with pulled pork and serve hot.
