Ingredients

  • 2 ounces dry gin
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth (try the vermouth from the Tillen Farms Jalapeño Onions jar!)
  • 1 dash bitters (optional, but highly recommended)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice.
  2. Stir well to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with two jalapeno stuffed olives on a toothpick or cocktail pick.
