- 2 bagels, cut in half and toasted
- 4 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 2-3 Tablespoons Maple Bacon Onion Jam or Bourbon Bacon Jam
- 2 Romaine or Buttercrunch lettuce leaves
- 4 slices vine-ripened tomato
- 1 avocado, peeled, pit removed and sliced
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and Maple Bacon Onion Jam or Bourbon Bacon Jam. Stir until uniform.
- Spread flavored cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel. Top with lettuce, tomato and avocado.
- Place top half of bagels over avocado and serve.
