Ingredients

  • 6 McIntosh or Cortland Apples
  • 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Orange Cranberry Marmalade
  • 1 can pan spray
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • Confectioners’ sugar, to taste
  • 1 oz. grand marnier liquor
  • 1 bunch fresh mint

Directions

  1. Wash apples in cold running water
  2. Core apples
  3. Place a teaspoon of Stonewall Kitchen Orange Cranberry Marmalade in center of each apple
  4. Place in a shallow roasting pan with a little bit of water
  5. Cover pan with foil
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven until fork tender
  7. In separate stainless steel bowl, whip heavy cream and season with sugar and grand Marnier until stiff peaks are formed
  8. Place a spoon full of whip cream in bottom of serving dish
  9. Remove apples from oven, place an apple on a pillow of whipped cream
  10. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
