Preparation & Instructions

Cinnamon Sugar Doughnut

    For the doughnuts:
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the topping:
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

Directions for doughnuts: Grease or spray doughnut pan. Preheat oven to 400℉. Pour doughnut mix into a bowl. Add milk, egg and ⅓ cup melted butter. Beat on medium speed about 30 seconds to combine. Pipe or spoon batter into doughnut pan, ļ¬lling each well half full. Bake 9-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

Directions for topping: Pour topping mix into a small bowl. Melt butter in a small saucepan and cool. Remove doughnuts from pan while still warm. Gently brush each with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve immediately.
