Originally built in 1388, the Monastery of Montebello has long stood as a symbol of agriculture in northern Italy. Today, a cooperative of family farms continues that tradition, using sustainable farming practices. In tandem with an on-site mill and artisanal factory, they take organic durum wheat from seed to semolina flour to create our Montebello organic pasta. The result is authentic Italian pasta that reflects generations of craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and respect for the land.
