Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (store bought works well)
  • 3 tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Spicy Mediterranean Dipping Oil, divided
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced thinly
  • 1 ounce prosciutto, torn into large pieces
  • 5 fresh figs, sliced
  • 2 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 1 ounce baby kale or other greens

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Place flatbreads on a sheetpan and brush with 1 tablespoon of Spicy Mediterranean Dipping Oil.
  2. Top with mozzarella, prosciutto, figs and artichoke hearts. Bake for 7 – 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from heat.
  3. Top flatbread with baby kale and drizzle with remaining Spicy Mediterranean Dipping Oil. Cut and serve with additional dipping oil to really spice it up.
