Ingredients
- 3 pounds Russet potatoes, scrubbed and chopped into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp Urban Accents Heartland Pepper & Garlic Spice
Directions
- In a large stock pot, cover chopped potatoes with water.
- Place pot over high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are soft and easily smashed with a fork.
- Drain potatoes and return to pot.
- Add cream, butter, and seasoning and mash to desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
