  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup rum

Recipe used to make Bûche de Noël

  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool completely. Stir in the rum until combined. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 month.
