Ingredients
- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
- Seasoning packet from Urban Accents Air Fryer Spicy Italian Stuffed Mushrooms
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Remove and finely chop mushrooms stems.
- Stir together chopped stems with breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup cheese, oil, and seasoning.
- Place a pinch of cheese into the underside of each mushroom cap. Densely mound the breadcrumb mixture on top.
- Put mushrooms into basket in one layer (work in batches as needed) and spray with cooking spray. Air-fry at 350°F for 10 minutes or until crispy.
