Apple Cider Doughnuts
Grease and flour, or spray a doughnut pan
Preheat oven to 400 ° F
Pour doughnut mix into a bowl
Add milk, egg, and melted butter
Beat well to combine
Fill doughnut wells half full (this is easiest using a pastry bag with a large tip)
Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned
Topping
Pour topping mix into a small bowl
Remove doughnuts from pan while still warm
Brush each side of doughnut with melted butter and then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture
Serve immediately
