Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1 Jar of Artichoke Pesto
  • 1 16oz bag shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Arugula for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice loaf of French bread in half the long way. Brush the insides of the loaf with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and place, crust side down, onto a baking sheet.
  3. Spread each half evenly with pesto. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Place tomato slices on mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle parmesan on top of pizza. Drizzle pizza with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes, until edges have browned and cheese is melted.
  5. Turn oven to broil and broil on the top rack, keeping a close eye to prevent burning, until cheese is slightly browned.
  6. Remove from oven and top with arugula before serving.
