Ingredients
- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup pale ale
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1-2 tbsp. Uban Accents Mesa Rosa Chipotle Spice Blend
- 1 tbsp. orange zest (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to saucepan. Start with small amount of Mesa Rosa and add more to preferred level of spiciness.
- Bring to a low boil. Stirring frequently, boil for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with orange zest, if desired. Serve immediately or store refrigerated in airtight container for up to 3 days.
