Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (store bought works well)
  • 3 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Garlic Parmesan Dipping Oil, divided
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced thinly
  • 1 ounce prosciutto, torn into large pieces
  • 5 fresh figs, sliced
  • 2 ounces artichoke hearts
  • 1 ounce baby kale or other greens

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° F. Place flatbreads on a sheet pan and brush with 1 Tablespoon of Garlic Parmesan Dipping Oil.
  2. Top with mozzarella, prosciutto, figs, and artichoke hearts. Bake for 7 – 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from heat.
  3. Top flatbread with baby kale and drizzle with remaining Garlic Parmesan Dipping Oil. Cut and serve with additional dipping oil, if desired.
