Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Vermont Village Ginger & Honey Sipping Vinegar
  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Tillen Farms Simple Syrup
  • 1 lime, sliced into 2 halves
  • 6 ounces seltzer water

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the sipping vinegar, vodka, simple syrup and juice from the lime halves and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour into 2 copper mule mugs. Top with seltzer water and garnish with additional lime slices if desired.
