Place the ribs on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Pour one cup honey barbecue on the racks of ribs, making sure to cover all surfaces.
Bake for 2 hours, then rotate ribs and glaze with more sauce. Return to oven and continue to cook for 1- 2 more hours, or until tender. Tent with foil if edges begin to burn and serve with more sauce.
