Place chicken and Honey Sriracha Barbecue sauce in a sealable plastic bag.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. While the chicken is marinating, soak bamboo skewers in water (to prevent burning while grilling or broiling).
Thread chicken pieces on bamboo skewers. Grill or broil several minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve hot with additional fresh sauce.
Note: This sauce is also delicious brushed on skewered shrimp and grilled.
