Ingredients
- 1 pint cream
- 4 ounces Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Jam
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- Warm cream and Wild Maine Blueberry Jam without allowing it to ever simmer.
- Stir in salt and sugar.
- Allow to cool and chill.
- Freeze in ice cream machine.
