  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut 6 rectangles 2-3 inches wide and 4 inches tall from the puff pastry. Cut all the remaining puff pastry into narrow strips at least 2-3 inches long.
  3. Place 1 Tablespoon of Red Pepper Jelly in the center of each rectangle, leaving a half-inch border all the way around.
  4. Combine the egg and milk in a small bowl and brush the edges of the rectangles and the strips of pastry. Criss-cross strips of pastry across each rectangle, leaving a space for the eyeballs.
  5. Place on a sheet pan with parchment paper and bake until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  6. Place eyeballs on each mummy and serve at room temperature.
