Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp. Chicago Chophouse Blend
  • 1 14oz can low sodium chicken stock

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour completely and cook for 30 seconds, stirring continuously.
  3. Stir and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a low simmer, stirring occasionally for 12-15 minutes until thickened.
