  1. Preheat your oven to 350° F.
  2. Spread your breadcrumbs evenly on an ungreased pan and toast on low heat for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Lightly grease a loaf pan with oil.
  4. Combine all ingredients together until well incorporated and press into loaf pan. Place into oven and bake until meat thermometer reads 160° F (about 45 minutes).
  5. When the meatloaf is cooked to this stage, brush the top with desired amount of jam and continue to cook for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly for about 2-3 minutes. Cut meatloaf into 1/2-1 inch slices and servce immediately.
