Spicy Fig Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 store bought pizza dough or crust
  • ½ cup Stonewall Kitchen Spicy Fig Jam, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup sweet onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickled peppers
  • 2 ounces goat cheese
  • 1 cup arugula

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚ F.
  2. Cover dough with a thin layer of Spicy Fig Jam. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the pizza, then top with sliced onions and peppers.
  3. Place large crumbles of goat cheese around the pie, then follow with dollops of the Spicy Fig Jam.
  4. Bake pizza for 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is lightly browned. Remove from oven and cut into even slices.
  5. Place arugula on top of cooked, sliced pizza and enjoy.
