- 4 ripe avocados
- 1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Guacamole Starter
- Remove the flesh of the avocado from the skin and pit. Place into a bowl and mash gently, leaving some larger chunks.
- Add the jar of guacamole starter and continue to mash until it is well incorporated. Can be served immediately, or can be covered and refrigerated. Serve with Stonewall Kitchen Tortilla Chips.
