Ingredients
- 4 ounces Feta cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 box Sea Salt Crackers
- 1 jar Watermelon Jelly
- Bunch of fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Balsamic glaze, optional
Directions
- In a food processor, whip the feta and cream cheese until it becomes a spreadable consistency.
- Spread a thin layer of feta on crackers. Top with approximately a teaspoon of Watermelon Jelly and a piece of basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving if desired. (Whipped Feta can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for later use.)
