Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Stonewall Kitchen Classic Mint Jelly
- 6 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup
- Juice of one lime (approximately 1 Tablespoon)
- 6 ounces club soda or seltzer
- Lime wedges, blueberries and fresh mint leaves for garnish
Directions
- Heat Classic Mint Jelly about 5-10 seconds in the microwave (until it is pourable). Whisk together the Wild Maine Blueberry Syrup, Mint Jelly and lime juice. Divide mixture between two glasses filled with ice. Add 3 ounces club soda or seltzer to each glass and stir.
- Garnish with mint leaves, lime wedges and blueberries. Serve immediately.
